These terms cover your use of the Izzo Pro website, our client upload and
review pages, and our text message notification program.
SERVICES
Izzo Pro provides video production and editing services. The scope, price, and
delivery of any project are set out in the agreement or quote we provide you.
CLIENT UPLOAD AND REVIEW PAGES
We may give you a private link to upload footage and to review your finished
video. Keep that link private; anyone who has it can view the project. You are
responsible for making sure you have the rights to any material you upload.
SMS NOTIFICATION PROGRAM
Program name: Izzo Pro Project Notifications
What we send: Text messages telling you that your video is ready to review,
that we received your revision notes, or that your project was approved. These
messages include a private link to view your video. This program does not send
marketing or promotional messages.
Who receives them: Izzo Pro staff and clients who have an active project with
us and who have provided their mobile number for this purpose.
How you opt in: Text updates are optional. You opt in by texting START to
+1 725 315 3494 from your own mobile phone. Nothing is signed and no account
is required. Declining texts does not affect your pricing, your project, or
your ability to hire Izzo Pro - we will simply reach you by phone or email
instead. We do not use purchased lists and we never add a number that has not
texted in first. Text STOP at any time to be removed.
Message frequency: Varies by project. Typically a few messages per week while
your project is active.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Izzo Pro does not charge you for these
messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
HOW TO STOP: Reply STOP to any message from us at any time and you will be
removed immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and then no
further messages.
HOW TO GET HELP: Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy: See our Privacy Policy at https://izzopro.com/privacy. No mobile
information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes.
YOUR CONTENT
You keep ownership of the footage and photos you provide. You grant us
permission to edit and process that material to produce your project. We keep
ownership of our project files and templates until your invoice is paid in
full, at which point the finished deliverables are yours.
PAYMENT
Payment terms are set out in your agreement or invoice. Work may be paused if
an invoice is overdue.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the
amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or
consequential losses.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
